What is Exec Jumpstart?
Exec Jumpstart is a custom executive development experience designed to catalyze meaningful, sustainable change for current, future and past leaders seeking to ignite clarity & purpose in their leadership and life.
It’s an experiential group and individual coaching offering that provides a safe space for leaders to articulate their personal & professional vision, create a Life & Leadership Plan© to achieve that vision, and receive one-on-one and peer coaching - all to support finding greater purpose in their lives and careers.
Each offering of the Exec Jumpstart experience includes:
Pre & post-one-on-one executive coaching personalized to address your unique challenges and goals;
Virtual pre-retreat workshop to explore Enneagram & CliftonStrengths insights;
Full-day in person retreat which guides participants in the cohort through the 5A Exec Jumpstart framework© through engaging assessment, individual/small group exercises, group coaching and reflection.
Post retreat Group Coaching Circles to keep participants connected and on track
