Exec Jumpstart Retreat | Spring & Fall 2024

  • Following the Exec Jumpstart 5A framework©, this immersive one-day retreat includes group coaching, assessment, executive education, and peer networking.  Each leader will engage in two one-on-one executive coaching sessions (one before and one after the retreat). 

    Leaders will walk away energized and inspired with new insight, greater clarity around their mission, vision and life purpose and a transition plan for the future. If you’ve been considering a change but haven’t stepped back to focus on you and explore what’s possible, this accelerated Retreat is for you.

Exec Jumpstart Journey | Coming Soon!

  • Following the Exec Jumpstart 5A framework©, this comprehensive six-month program includes monthly 1:1 executive coaching and half-day group coaching sessions to go deeper into each phase of the Exec Jumpstart 5A framework©. You will also have the opportunity to discuss and receive coaching on current issues, challenges and opportunities with your peer teammates.

    Leaders will walk away from the Journey not only energized and inspired with new insight, greater clarity around their mission, vision and life purpose and a transition plan for the future, leaders will also have developed a clear transition plan, engrained new, more constructive habits, and established a core network of peers to serve as a future support system.

    If you are serious about a change and want a clear plan and a path toward sustainable new habits and relationships, this Journey is for you.

    Fees: $5,500 plus materials
    Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (in person with virtual option)

Exec Jumpstart is an immersive experience that provides space for past, present, or future executive leaders to design their future life and leadership vision and create a plan to achieve that vision. Whether it is our one-day Exec Jumpstart retreat or our six-month Exec Jumpstart Journey, you will engage in exercises, assessments, and group discussions that follow our Exec Jumpstart 5A framework © .

When these leaders are provided a supportive, safe space to explore, they are more likely to leave the organization in a better place and pass along their expertise. Exec Jumpstart helps them get clear on what they want in their career, how to communicate that to the organization, and plan for a transition that is best for them, their teams, and the organization.

    • In our VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) world, it is common for top talent leaders to be on the fence about whether to remain on succession plans for C-level roles. Often, those identified as successors are unclear if they aspire to or are committed to that future role. Exec Jumpstart enables them to explore career options and gain clarity on their future aspirations, so they can communicate their interests openly to all.
