What is Exec Jumpstart?

Exec Jumpstart is an immersive executive peer learning experience designed to catalyze meaningful, sustainable change for aspiring, current or transitioning executives seeking to ignite clarity & purpose in their leadership and life.

The one year experience offers a safe space for leaders to articulate their personal & professional vision, create a Life & Leadership Plan© to achieve that vision, and receive one-on-one and peer coaching - all to support finding greater purpose in their lives and careers.

Each offering of the Exec Jumpstart experience includes:

  • Pre & post-one-on-one executive coaching personalized to address your unique challenges and goals

  • Virtual pre-retreat workshop to explore Enneagram & CliftonStrengths insights

  • Full-day in person retreat which guides participants in the cohort through the 5A Exec Jumpstart framework© through engaging assessment, individual/small group exercises, peer coaching and reflection

  • Post retreat Peer Coaching Circles to keep participants connected and on track
